Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring to your notice that i have enrolled for the 14 months subscription of ht (Serial no
6038685) on 04/12/2015 vide chq no 935168. The executive who did the formalities was mr. Ravi kumar. Its
Been 6 months but i have not recieved the coupons for the same. On calling the executive he told that he
Has left the job. He gave me contact no of another executive- ankit jain (Mobile no [protected]). I tried contacting
Him quite a few times and requested for coupons but he has been making only false promises. Now he is
Neither picking up the calls nor bothers to reply. The vendor has stopped giving the newspaper saying
That without coupons he will not give any further supply.
With lot of faith we had chosen this scheme keeping in mind the reputation of ht. But i am sorry to say
That i am completely taken aback by the unprofessional attitude. No body is picking calls on customer
Care.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful
