Hindustan Times — Not providing of gifts committed for subscription

I am subscriber of HT from last 6 years. While renewing the subscription of last two years i was committed by your salesman that there is a particular gift (a sample was shown to me at the time he had come for subscription) which shall be provided at the a subsequent date after subscription. Though two years had elapsed no such gift is received. I had contacted your mumbai office several times, they always commit that they shall check and revert. But the same seems to be fake commitment. It seems that HT is just bothered to increase their copies of circulation and not bothered about their after subscription services.
