Hindustan Times — Not received my coupons despite making full payment

I am Gagandeep Singh Chahal r/o 2142 phase- 2 Urban Estate Dugri Ludhiana. I have made full payment of yearly subscription for your newspaper about 1&1/2 month back but till today I have not received my coupons. Kindly look into matter and provide me the coupons.
