I had continue my subscription for 2nd year two month back but till date I had not received the 12 coupon, ( from November 2014 to October 2015 ) for the month of December. I had continue my subscription for 2nd year two month back but till date I had not received the 12 coupon, ( from December 2014 to November 2015 ) for the month of December. I am paying Rs.200 to newspaper agency for the month of December & January . I have logged the complaint ( No 187 ) with HT & written mail to Hindustan times multiple times but no action. Always some one from customer care follow & will send you the coupon immediately. HT person told me that the coupon has been delivered to Indever [protected] & he will deliver it to me.
