Pankaj kumar came to our office (Removed) in december 2016 and persuaded me to subscribe for mint and ht.
I have provided two cheques to him for the same but somehow only one cheque got cleared. Even after successful payment, the delivery of mint didn’t start.
Rakesh kumar came and he told that he’s the in-charge of vasant kunj and that i have to once again provide him the cheque for ht. I have provided him the same on 19th mar.
Even after successful payment and receiving of coupons for mint and ht, the delivery didn’t start. I and my wife had called the ht guys and local agent multiple times over these past five months but to no avail.
The two persons who persuaded me for subscription told me that they have already left the company. Since then it was a nightmare calling and following up with ht employees and vasant kunj e2 agents. Sometimes they even won’t pick the call and simply ignore.
The agent of vasant kunj e2 is very unprofessional and didn’t know how to talk politely. He even asked me for more money (Rs. 200) as security amount for starting the delivery. When i told him that i have paid for the whole year, he told me bluntly to take paper from them whom i’ve paid.
I request you to kindly initiate for the refund of my subscription amount for ht and mint.
