Hey, i have purchase coupons of newspaper from your agent against which he used to supply newspaper.
I have purchased coupon till january 2018 but he is not coming from october and another is coming instead who said that i have to pay again for the newspaper or to renew the coupons.
When i already paid for why i have to pay again.
Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible as i am not receiving newspaper from october.
The coupon is in the name of sanjay bhalla.

1. I had requested and paid for 01 year subscription of Hindustan Times. As per your SMS, the coupons were dispatched on 20 Oct 2017vide BSA courier RA6357830. However, they have not been received till date.
2. Request expediate.
