Hindustan Times — regarding vendor is doing fraud regarding coupon

I am your current customer, name is tara chand. I had taken your coupon scheme in the year 2016 and issued cheque of rs. 799 (Cheque no. 699849) on 21/2/16 and after a reasonable period of time such coupons delivered to my home. Now in 2017 my vendor (Vishnu) is saying to me that company has not paid him money of such coupons and he has given to me last 2 blocked coupons, and demanding such coupons money from me. He everyday comes to my home behave disguisting, uses abusive language and demand such coupons money from me. Please help me and my family to out of this matter. I am enclosing that last 2 blocked coupons which he has given to me.
