For subscription of HT english newspaper for a year I had paid an amount of Rs 999/- (nine hundred ninty nine) dated 08.08.2015. Though i received the monthly coupons for delivery of the said newspaper and it was started from 1 sept 2015 the booking amount of Rs 999 was also inclusive of a Laptop bag as promotional gift which is still to be delivered. I made many call to customer care for same and every time they promised that it will be delivered soon. I donot understand that such a reputed newspaper may also resort to such mal practices.
