Hindustan Times — Subscription coupons not received and unable to contact customer care

I have not received my subscription coupons even after paying money in the month of february 16, however it was told that coupons will be received within 4 weeks.
Also, i am unable to reach the customer care (011 –[protected] even after trying numerous number of times. Call always disconnects saying all our executives are busy.

I also wrote an email regarding this to '[protected]@hindustantimes.com'. But got no response.
