Hindustan Times — Subscription harassment

I had paid for the subscription amount 3 months back but have not received the coupons yet. Vendor is harassing us on daily basis for money. As per vendor HT is also not accepting last year coupons also. Tried calling customer care several times, but its very hard to connect with them, as they are always busy in assisting other customers and if you get connected with them, they disconnect the call. Sent several emails, but have not received any revert yet. Below are the required details.
