Dear Sir/Madam s Please go through below conversation regarding the annual subscription offer. A cheque is collated from my residence and address verification was also completed on time. Now, I got to know the subscription offer of newspaper delivery through my local newspaper vendor could not be established.May I know why did you not check this before collecting cheque and all the verification. I applied for anual subscription of Hindustan Times. A bank cheque of Rs 699 was collected from my residence on 03 Dec, 2014. Since, amount was not deducted from by bank account. I called customer service and asked the status of my cheque and got to know my verification was failed. Could you please provide me following clarification regarding that. 1. A cheque was collected from my residence. It means address was correct. 2. I got a call from HT regarding verification. It means my phone no was valid. Then why my verification was failed. As I have already given a bank cheque, requesting you please rearrange verification and provide me anual subscription of Hindustan Times. If you are unable to provide me annual subscription, please return my cheque ASAP so that I can change my news paper.
