I have spoken to the area manger mr inder singh and zonal manager Mr Gaurav Singhal about the vendor who is Himanshu, he has blocked my number and has threatened me that i can do whatever i want but will not deliver the newspaper till i give him the coupon.
If the HT people are scared of the vendor and cannot help their customers what is the point of paying in advance, when paper is not delivered for 15 days.
Pathetic attitude.
