Hindustan Times — Vendor has stopped dropping HT at my doorstep

Dear Concern, I am an avid reader of Hindustan Times from last 6 years but from last month i am not able to get the newspaper under the subscription scheme which i had opted for as the vendor has stopped dropping the paper at my residence. i had provided him all the required coupons and he has replied stating that he has not received the same. My only question is that if i had not provided him the coupons than how did he deliver the newspapers at my place. Even he is not speaking politely. i hope that you will take this matter to your senior authorities and help me to get the newspaper under this scheme.
