Hindustan Times — Vendor not delivering newspaper inspite of complaints with ht customer care

I've paid ₹3000/- as Subscription amount for Hindustan Times newspaper and its been almost 2 months now that I am not receiving newspaper daily. The vendor delivers for 1-2 days and disappears for another 1 week. I've raised the compaint with the Area manager and online customer care and also on landline customer care too still no response and no solution has been provided.
If you all can't arrange a Vendor than why the hell are you people selling subscriptions in the first place. Just refund our money and put an end to this unprofessional service. I have been reading HT since 2016-17 and your service has been horrible since last year.
