Hindustan Times — Vendor reach news paper not properly my home

Address:House Number 61, Village Moti Bagh Nanak Pura

Hello sir,
So can I inform the vendor not reach my home with news paper but why this is so very bed punctuality.
I am call to vendor shiv but not a reply any.
His behavior so bad and not a complete duty.
That sat so please solved my problem immediately please sir.
