Hindustan Times — Yearly Subscription Not started even after followup of 3 mmonths

This is regarding booking of Hindustan (Hindi Newspaper) where I have not received monthly coupons, cheque of INR 499/- is already debited from my account (siblings account ) on 27-March-14. My details are as: Name : Mayank Mishra Serial No of Receipt : HH7550708 Address : H No 133, Street No 2, Om Nagar Mohan Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad Cheque No : 517294 Contact : +91-[protected]/[protected] Even after calling almost 10 times and a long trail mail (5-7 mails) to there customer service team in last three months nothing has happened except getting there pet dialogue that we are proving into the matter, or its a data entry error. Its not a big issue where they people took three months to dig out the facts that what went wrong. I don't know how they people knows basics of services or not. If they can't resolve the issue return my money, I am not asking for charity you are paid for that.
