I lodged a complaint with the company some 10 days ago about a couple of faulty faucets at my home in Kerala. To this day, their technician has not turned up. I called their call centre five times during this period. The stock answer I got was: :My name is... We are sorry for the inconvenience. We understand your concern. A technician has already been assigned for the job. He will call you and fix the problem within 24 to 48 hours." The entire bathroom and kitchen fittings at my house are Hindware. I purchased their products with total trust in their so-called 'reputation' and 'reliability'. And see what is happening. Two of my bathrooms are out o[censored]se now and the fittings are less than two years' old! Meanwhile, I wait here for their elusive technician to show up. I have his number and called him several times. He does not pick up the phone. This is ridiculous. All the fittings are under warranty, and I underline here that the company's response to my complaint is totally unacceptable.

Hindware service is very bad I also tried many times to call and mail to the customer care. They said we will provide you a technician with in 24-48 hr but they don't.
Very poor quality.I am sick and tired of fixing the benelave hindware, flush tank of WC.
Very worrest service for installation, i purchese hindware geyser on 06/01/19 and call to customer care for installation on 10/01/19 but still there is no response from technician and still now customer care people told tomorrow they will come, worrest service, no response, my suggestion don't buy this product.

    I bought 2 italian commodes (Rene model) from the so called reputed company for a huge price(18k per commode) thinking that they sell quality products. In One of the commodes the water level controller does not work and the water keeps going out even when the commode tank becomes full. The water leakage is not visible from outside, I came to know only when the entire overhead tank of water(5000lts) went waste due to this. I don't understand how this unit passed the QC check and I see QC checked stamps on the commode(probably name sake stamp).one has to wait every time minimum 15minutes to talk to someone in customer care. My complaint no is 376577, 384353 ...No response from anyone even after repeated complaints 4 times through customer care.1 month over and the commode remains unused. I should confess, the customer care executives are well trained, yes they will act as if they don't hear properly and then disconnect the call if they don't have any answer. Hindware is only good at choosing the models to advertise their hopeless products.Its better to beg instead of cheating like this, shameless Hindware!
    Hi, I also have similar Italian collection WC s from Hindware and they have similar problem
    1. The overflowing or water
    2. Sometimes the flush button remains pressed and doesn't bounce back.
    Apparently this was due to mud and hardness of water . its better to mail Hindware for any service request on [protected]@coecipl.com with problem details and ur address and phone number.
    They will arrange for a service person in 2 days ffrom my experience in Bangalore .

    Then its sheer luck if the service person will fix it properly or not. I got mine fixed 3 times and finally its OK . if the problem is due to mud and hardness, the flush ball and release valve system need to be removed and cleaned thoroughly. In worst cases the parts need to be changed for which cost is high about 1200 for each ( flush release valve system and flush float ball system)

    Most service person will insist on not giving u any bill for repairs which is a big problem. Out of three services I haven't got even one repair bill or part replacement bill .

    Good luck . do let me know the prices of parts, because I feel cheated . aanither option is to take annual AMC and get such services and parts free .

    The overflow control system (flush ball as we call it in water tanks) is seen on left in blue .

    The release valve system can be seen on right in white with two blue dots on top . I got my release valve system changed for 1200 RSRS and no bill !
    I too having this issue. Rene 2 closets. Both having this issue. While overhead tank of 1000 liters vanished overnight. This Rene is defective product. every time maintenance person comes does something and goes away and this is happening again and again. Crap Product. Hindware is no where providing permanent solution.

      This is the third time I am replacing the seats of the Hindware Italian collection commode seat The seat itself costs over rs. 4000 and the company makes you buy a new seat every time these faulty metal clamps break, which is once every 6 months!!! After complaining so many times, the company still doesn't have the spare parts for this seat! DO NOT ever Buy hindware. Buy it if you have lots of money to buy for pathetic quality and service

        I have purchased 4 Concealed Cisterns of Hindware for my newly constructed house at Tirupati. These cisterns are defective and the push button mechanism is not working. I have made several complaints and was in touch with Regional manager. Always they are good at promising to attend, but never turn up. The complaint request made online and through mobile are futile as the agent will send feedback saying the defect is rectified, when even he has not visited.           Hello, I have been frustrated and extremely unhappy with current (on-going, not yet resolved issue for my WC). My wife and I had bought 3 Armada WC last year and one of them has a manufacturing defect that whereby when the WC is flushed the water spills out of WC on the bathroom floor. I had contacted Hindware customer care last year itself to resolve the issue but nobody followed up for a month and after that I was out of country for the rest of the year and hence I had to file a new complaint no 330782 this year when I returned back since the Hindware customer service could not find the previous complaint no. For the current ongoing complaint i was assigned Rakesh Muranjan as the Service manager and he has been TRYING HIS BES to STALL us and not replace the defective WC. On a side note I work for a multinational bank and manage customer servicing, but I have to say Rakesh by far has been the most arrogant, unprofessional customer care rep. I have came across and he would have been fired if he was working at my company This is my last attempt to contact Hind ware so that someone with little more compassion for customers can look into this matter and help me get it resolved. Please help me resolve this else you will not only loose my business for ever but also I will make sure that I advice anyone in my friends and family to stay away from a company that does not care for its customers Thanks Jinesh Shah (Mumbai) [protected]

            Hi,

            We have a hindware trashmasher. It had stopped working in Jan 2014. I gave a complaint by calling customer support on 3/Jan/2014. But no one came and visited my place. After calling another 2 times, service person had come to visit my place. He tried to check something, and informed the blade was not working. He removed the blade and informed that he will visit next day to replace the blade. But he has closed the complaint telling issue is fixed. While checking the trashmasher, he had broken some connection under the sink that there is total water leakage, which prevents us from using the kitchen sink. We have been unable to reach him to get the informed on the blade, for a long time.

            Now we called hindware 3-4 times and they say new complaint, another time we have to pay for technicial visit, etc. Despite giving a complaint 4th time on the customer care, no call back and visit from technician so far. Not sure why we have to keep buying such products while the company doesnt care to close the service issues on time despite calling so many times..

            There is no link between the new and old complaints and no one really tracks how much time it took to actually resolve the issue.!!! Now we have spent so much money that we are not sure whether to throw the trash masher or retain it :(

              Hi, I had raised a service request with then Hindware customer care for servicing 3 Hindware units on 8-Mar 2014 (HDP_HSIL_300029). The person came home on 10-March-2014 and while servicing, he broke one of our units. The person The for some reason hit the WC with a hammer and completely damaged it. The person who came to service is Anand[protected]. He confirmed that the unit will be replaced and spoke to his manager Sivaraj ( Ph no. 91-[protected]). I spoke to Sivaraj and he confirmed that the model is out of stock and sent home a catalogue to select another model. I selected the model which fitted by bathroom measurement on 12-Mar-14. Since then ( for the past 1 month) I have been following up with Sivaraj and Anand in vain. They always give some lame excuse or opt not to answer my call. Sivaraj has been completely unresponsive. Can someone help? Will Hindware care to replace the Unit which they broke during servicing? THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVEN PURCHASE HINDWARE PRODUCT. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mangai [protected]

                  This is for your kind information that we are facing lot of inconveniences from Hindware Gas Stove Company. When we ever we wanted some assistance and some work we need to call their customer care center for more than 15 to 20 times but at last we use to get our complaint number and no work will be done. Even if we call them again surprisingly we will get new complaint number and if we enquire about our old complaint no proper response will be given. For the past 6 months we have sent nearly 12-15 mails, but none of our mails have been replied and suitable action taken. We are really fed up with their services and we regret to inform that we have not come across such a worst company like this.

                    I have Hindware Italian collection Chimney. I bought it 3 years ago. Now it is not working. I called Hindware customer care, a couple of time. but due to their busy line my call got disconnected. One i was put to wait for at least 20 minutes and then suddenly my call call get disconnected. I emailed for an appointment of service man, to which their reply was [protected][protected] Dear Customer, Thank you for your Hindware service request. Our service executive shall contact you as per the appointment. In case you require any further service assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care executive in your city. Our executive will be glad to serve you. We assure you of our best service always. Warm Regards Hindware Service [protected][protected]---- Now its been a month now, Neither their service man turns up, nor they provide me any information to resolve my problem.

                      I Purchased Hindware Chimney for Kitchen 7/7/13. Unfair practices followed by M/sDealer Guliani Electrical Jail Road & Hindware Engineer. It seems there is nexus between dealers & service engineers which is tarnishing the image of brand Hindware. Service Engineers & Dealers harass the customers. This is my experience. There is no escalation matrix or CRM available in Hindware to take apprise of our issues.

                        I purchased F Morwen series designer wash basin along with 2 other Queo wash basins vide sales order no. 1004so/12-13/000550 dated 31.08.2012 but water drain pipe was not supplied with this particular wash basin which fact was discovered at the time of installation. When I contacted Evok store,I was given customer care number of Hindware by the store manager Mr. Negi whereas it was duty of the seller to provide products complete and safe. However,I contacted customer care number and they told that it was not available with them. They further asked me to contact Mr. Sunder who in turn told me that it was job of the Evok store, however, I could search it in Chawdi Bazar. Amazing. It proved the Earth is round. This is a different type of drain pipe not available in open market and local Evok staff, looking at its past attitude,does not seem to be of much help. No one is telling me the address of Queo dealer from whom I can procure the system on payment, if Hindware/Evok is not ready to accept their responsibility to deliver product complete in all respect. Evok can check from their delivery challans whether this drain pipe was delivered or not? I explored the possibility of procuring it from open market and showed the wash basin to a renowned dealer of sanitaryware who told me that he is not aware of any other company delivering wash basin with such system. This vanished my hope of procuring it from open market and I may be left with no other option but to suffer a loss of Rs.35,000 odd on purchase of this product and to buy a new wash basin but certainly, I will now not buy any Hindware product.

                            Dear Sir/madam,

                            I had engaged services of EVOK ,Thane for doing up my modular kitchen.I wish to state that my experience with Evok wasof the worst kind,making me regret my choice .
                            After spending 4 lacs and bearing with a delay of more than 4 months i.e double the price and time taken by any other designer or carpenter,I do not have the least satisfaction.I
                            had to continuously follow up with the store ,firstly with Mr.Abhijit Sant and then Mr.Arun to get the work done.In the meanwhile,the designers we were dealing with left Evok...precisely
                            3 of them(Roshan,Mamta and Bijal).Mr.Arun paid the least attention and I had to rely on Mr.Sandesh ,the supervisor who used to visit the site at his convenience.As a result the carpenters were
                            left without any supervision and instructions.
                            The following are the complaints which need immediate attention--

                            1) The shutters are not in proper allignment.
                            2)The gap between two shutters is very prominent
                            3)The cutlery shelf has not been provided yet.
                            4)The skirtings have been displaced.
                            5)The glass shelf inside the cupboard gave away resulting in a mess and damage to my kitchen groceries.
                            6)Despite having been promies soft closing doors,the same is not operational in toto.

                            So far Evok has not attended to my grievance.

                              I have purchased hindware commode with cistern from M/s. P.C.Kundu, Chandannagar on 22.07.12. The material is in operation from Jan'13. The water is coming from cistern although managed by plumber two times. As per version of plumber, it is the mechanical defect of the cistern. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to set right the above things.

                                We had purchased the Gold model built-in oven of Hindware's from a local dealer in Coimbatore. Though we had purchased the oven in October 2012, we were able to install the built-in oven only in January 2013. We realized that we might have misplaced the manual and since we did not know to operate the oven without a manual, we requested Hindware to deliver a copy of the manual sometime around 20th January 2013. We did not receive a manual and again we requested on 30th January calling their toll-free-number.
                                Unable to use the oven, we again called them on 6th Feb 2013 and asked for atleast a photocopy of the manual. A person called from Chennai on 6th, but asked us to get the manual from the dealer.
                                The dealer had already informed us that they are unable to arrange for the manual. Hindware has left us with no option, but to file a consumer complaint. We are very disappointed with their service.
                                Prior to all this manual episode, we actually had another issue with Hindware which we did not pursue. We initially had paid for both built-in oven and built-in microwave oven. When they were delivered, the micorwave oven was damaged. We took it back to the dealer who assured to replace the damaged microwave oven. We waited for almost a month and since they did not have stock, we asked the dealer to return us the money for the microwave oven.
                                The problem with Hindware is that they have a sole distributor in Coimbatore who also owns Hindware retail store. He controls the supply in Coimbatore. I hope Hindware takes this complaint seriously and act on it.

                                  We have purchase one kitchen chmni Hindware R90 and a 8C2000/water purifier from Reliable Services, 55/1 Hriday Krishna Banerjee lane, Howrah 711101 . (Bill No. R S 1023) (Propitiatory Mr. Palash Bhattacharya Ph no. [protected]). They take the Amount of Rs 12000/ as advance on 11th January 2013 as deliver on the same day. But still my product have not be delivered, and they didn't back my money. Each and every day they promise to deliver tomorrow. but now this is out of toleration.

                                  Please help us to retrieve our forded money or product.

                                    I have lodged a complaint on Aug 27th, number 3939 and another one several days later 6020 and called up several times in last 10 days to get this fixed, everytime I get a standard answer: I am sorry, it will get done today and then noone shows up. This is my last attempt to contact you guys before I lodge a formal complaint against hindware and take this forward. This is true cheating and shows your behavior towards customers after they have bought your product. I would like to know WHY was this not handled for 10 days. What is the action you are going to take for your service center when you give 24 hrs to complete this request and it doesn't get done for 10 days.

                                      delay in providing help for leakage of taps

                                      numerous attempts at toll free no.[protected] but problem of rectifyingof taps.every six months the taps start leaking...kindly do needful at earliest
                                      Myself Ankur Aggarwal a practising Architect (Firm Name: Aarch Associates) have purchased a WC for sel[censored]se which started to give flushing troubles within 3-4 month of its installation. Since then I have launched numerous complaints as listed below and various visits have been made by the service engineers. Twice they have established that the piece is defective, taken snaps and assured that it will be replaced, but there is no solution.
                                      The dealer too has followed up, but now is asking me to write a mail in this case to yourself as escalation.
                                      We recommend your products to our clients but facing such problems in own premise naked us loose confidence in the brand.

                                      Complaint nos. at various times are as follows:
                                      1. Complained on - April 09 2019: BD013185 - assigned to Subham
                                      Follow up message received on - April 18 2019 - Stating some more time is needed
                                      April 20 2019, it was reassigned to Subham, then reassigned to Yogesh Saini on same day
                                      No resolution since then
                                      2. Complaint on July 18 2019: BG027543 - No Resolution
                                      3. Complaint on October 01 2019: BI040749 - Assigend to Anil Kumar - No Resolution
                                      4. Complaint on October 18 2019: BJ025212 - Assigned to Subham
                                      Follow up message received on - October 21 2019 - Stating some more time is needed
                                      Follow up message received on - October 29 2019 - assigned to Mohammed
                                      Follow up message received on - October 30 2019 - assigned to Anil Kumar
                                      No resolution since then
                                      Is this the kind of plight Hindware gives to its customers in after sales services.

                                        I had registered a complaint to hindware care on 13th June'12 at 2pm, and was promised an assistance by 14th June'12. My complaint no. is 613935.

                                        I am sorry to inform the unprofessional attitude of their company staff. They kept me on hold for more than 10mins thrice and then disconnected my call. Causing mental pressure to a 51yrs old lady.

                                        I regret to inform my dissatisfaction towards Hindware and the behaviour of their staff.
                                        Dear Mr. Avantika Ohri,
                                        We thank you for patronizing Hindware and without any prejudice we regret for the inconveneince caused at your end. We have gone through the details of your call and we tend to disagree with your views.
                                        We offer a superior service to our customer and whatever calls which gets registered by us by 12.00 noon are attended in next business day. This makes a turn around time of one day. Our personnel visited you at 03.00 pm on 15.06.2012 and your goodself refused to even allow him to enter in your premises. As we understand that that installation of the said product was undertaken by outside person and he did not have enough skills to install and prouduct to your satisfaction.
                                        Your goodself have also confirmed to our service personnel that now the products are installed however since you were not happy with experience you had put your views. We would once request your goodself to give us an appointment of visit by our service personnel at a pre appointed date and time so that we can carry out a thorough inspection of the unit.

                                        i had purchased a hindware WC(elba), one of the hindwares italian collection. ever since i had bought this products i am chasing the customer care people for rectify the flushing system. The cost of this product is a few time the cost of basic WC commodes available today in the market but its flushing system is worst nightmare of all. i am very disappointed with the inferior quality of this product and got fooled by going by the so called brand name while choosing to buy the product.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have been frustrated and extremely unhappy with current (on-going, not yet resolved issue for my WC). My wife and I had bought 3 Armada WC last year and one of them has a manufacturing defect that whereby when the WC is flushed the water spills out of WC on the bathroom floor. I had contacted Hindware customer care last year itself to resolve the issue but nobody followed up for a month and after that I was out of country for the rest of the year and hence I had to file a new complaint no 330782 this year when I returned back since the Hindware customer service could not find the previous complaint no.

                                        For the current ongoing complaint i was assigned Rakesh Muranjan as the Service manager and he has been TRYING HIS BES to STALL us and not replace the defective WC. On a side note I work for a multinational bank and manage customer servicing, but I have to say Rakesh by far has been the most arrogant, unprofessional customer care rep. I have came across and he would have been fired if he was working at my company

                                        This is my last attempt to contact Hind ware so that someone with little more compassion for customers can look into this matter and help me get it resolved. Please help me resolve this else you will not only loose my business for ever but also I will make sure that I advice anyone in my friends and family to stay away from a company that does not care for its customers
