    DEAR TEAM, I brought hindware water heater.My water heater stopped working in 9 th apr 2023 for which I have given complaint with no WHRSYD09MH0001, BUT YOUR TECNICIAN IS NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, when contacted customer card they launched new complaint still no one attended to that also I am getting water from out side despite buying WATER HEATER.       I have purchased hindware double bowl sink for Rs 11000/ in
      sep 2018 and the matte finish has started corroding in 2019 itself have been filing complaints since 2019 but now its 2023 and it is not even attended.
      People purchase from brands expecting certain standards.
      I could have got a similar sink at half the price if it was not hindware.

        Vide invoice/5183/2021 dated 14/01/2021 I purchased Dome[protected] S/w from of HIndware sanitary Collection ( HSIL) from Bhagwan Das Ramesh Kumar, Pitampura Delhi. Since the commode has developed a hairline crack and on becoming uncomfortable as well as on account of the Stain mark on the commode, I filed a complaint for replacement under warranty. I lodged a complaint on 9th March 2023 and on 10th March 2023 Engineer visited and sent the investigation report stating hairline crack and stain marks ( both are covered under warranty). I lodged a complaint via email on 14th march 2023. On 15th March 2023, I get a mail from the company that the product is not covered as there is no manufacturing defect. I was surprised as contrary to the report by the engineer that there was a hairline crack and stain mark, my claim was rejected. There is no human intervention if the commode is broken then there would be a point of impact which is not there and again the commode is stain mark which is fully covered under warranty. The warranty card shows 10 years guarantee. Now I am claiming after two years and the claim is rejected. This is highly ridiculous and on the frivolous ground, they have rejected my claim. Neither the sr engineer came nor any person yet my claim was denied.
        There is no escalation matrix to whom I can escalate my grievance. Therefore I am coming to you sir, to resolve my complaint and seek redressal by replacement of the commode under warranty.

          2 Hindware commodes were purchased on 2.01.2022. Both the commodes are breaking. Crack appeared at the bottom of both the commodes. Need replacement

            Dear team,
            I brought hindware callisto water purifier With serial no ADAAB51211I02374
            My purifier stopped working in february for which I have given complaint with no WPRVYB20TS0001, BUT TECNICIAN CLOSED COMPLAINT WITHOUT RECTIFYING MY PROBLEM, when contacted customer card they launched new complaint with no WPRVYC06TS0018 still no one attended to that also I am getting water from out side despite buying purifier. This I did not expect from hindware please understand my situation and solve the issue at the earliest.

                    I AM Persuing service center at Danapur Patna for.changing constellation seat cover from 31st December 2022 whose service request no.EL06394 with advice to stay connected with [protected] but all went in vain i again made a complain on 04/01/2023 with serial no.FA005170 and advised by them to stay connected with Md Rizwan with.mobile no.[protected] with satisfaction no.3439 but 0n 23rd January 2023 came Mr Ahil Raja [protected] to my residence to s change the constellation seat cover but that cover was unfit and told me to come next day to change the constellation cover but 0nn24th Jnauary 2023 came Mr Rizwan and said me i am unable to change the cover as i am not able to change the same .In the mean time he talked to nearest service center from Mr Ravi Gupta who told Mr Rizwan to say the customer that constellation cover will not be changed and buy new one, he also.said we are not.meant to change a part we only sell new one.As a had purchsed 0n 25 January 2015 from Balaji Traders Bailey Road, Patna for the Rs.9200/_ .As hindware is not giving services to me having taken money.from me it is clearcut case of deficiency in service and giving me mental agony.                       Our hindware gyser is inder warranty and not being serviced/ repaired by the company even after lodging a repetitive complaint since past one month.
                      Hello..I am residing in Eldeco sector 119, I have raised the complaint on 23rd Dec WHRIZL23UP0022, the technician name Narayana came on 24th and told us tank needs to be replaced and told us He will visit with some senior to do the needful, but nobone came since then.Our gyser us under warranty..Again on 2nd Jan 23 my husband call up and provided with new no WHRIYA02UP0051. But no one visited till date.

                        मैंने एक हिंदवेयर हीटर गीजर खरीदा। कुछ समय बाद उसने काम करना बंद कर दिया। मैंने कस्टमर केयर में शिकायत की लेकिन ग्राहक। एक सर्विस मैन घर आया और उसने गीजर खोला फिर उसने मुझसे कहा कि मुझे बिल दे दो मैं उसे कहता हूं कि मैं तुम्हें तुम्हारे व्हाट्सएप पर भेज देता हूं पहले तुम मेरी समस्या का समाधान करो। थोड़ा सा उसने मुझसे कहा कि मैं एक घंटे के बाद आता हूं जब आप मुझे बिल भेजते हैं, मैं बिल की जांच करूंगा और मैं एक घंटे बाद आऊंगा। मैं 10 मिनट के बाद उन्हें बिल भेजता हूं और मैंने उन्हें फोन किया लेकिन उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि सबसे पहले आप मेरे बॉस को कॉल करें। मैं उसके बॉस को फोन करता हूं। उनके बॉस का व्यवहार बहुत खराब था। सर्विस मैन और उसके बॉस ने मुझसे 1500 रुपये की डिमांड की। मुझे नहीं पता कि मेरा गीजर वांरटी मे होते हुये भी वो मुझसे पैसो की डिमांड कर रहे है। मेरा गीजर अभी gurrenty मेंहै। मैंने अपना फोन काट दिया और कस्टमर केयर को फोन किया। लेकिन कस्टमर केयर ने मुझे दिन-ब-दिन बताया। आज आपको सेवा प्रदान की जाएगी। आज सेवा आपको प्रदान करते हैं। लेकिन कोई भी सेवा हिंदवेयर प्रदान नहीं करती है।
                        इस गीजर को सर्विस मैन ने खोला था। उसने मुझसे कहा कि मैं एक घंटे में आऊंगा। लेकिन वह नहीं आया।
                        I bought a hindware heater geyser. After some time it stopped working. I complained to customer care but the customer. A service man came home and opened geyser then he told me give me bill I tell him I send you on your whatsapp first you solve my problem. Little by little he told me that I come after one hour when you send me the bill I will check the bill and I will come after one hour, I send the bill to them after 10 minutes and I called them but they told me first you call my boss. I call his boss. His boss's behavior was very bad. The service man and his boss demanded Rs 1500 from me. I don't know why they are demanding money from me even though my geyser is under warranty. My geyser is still in gurrenty. I disconnected my call and called customer care.But the customer care told me day by day. Service will be provided to you today. We provide you the service today. But none of the services provide Hindware.
                        This geyser was opened by the service man. He told me that I would come in an hour. But he didn't come.

                          I am using your Italian Classic Collection Cammode for th last 8-9 years.
                          The one of the hinges that hold the commodte seat got caroded & has broken . I reached out to your dealers who only seem to want me to buy a new cammode by ststing that bthe model is old and discontinued and hence no parts are available.. I then reached out to your company help line. The cmplaint # ELO24401 was attended to by a representative visiting and recording -by taking pictures of the broken part - and a promise that the matter will be resolved in 2-3 days.. Today some lady called to say that she has been instructed to convey that the part is not available, Plz tell me what am I expected to do ? change my commode evey 8-9 years? yet yur claim is that your products out last the bathroom . Plz tell me, what is my solution fro Hindware ?

                            I made complaint for leakage in water geyser aprox 13 months ago, but inspite of
                            26 calls on toll free number, 174 calls to MP incharge Mr Uday Bhati who has attended only 14 calls and for last fortnight he has blocked my number & whattsapp with no solution.
                            Also 34 calls to Service Centre Indore for Mp zone and he attended only 9 calls till date and also blocked my number like Mr Bhati.
                            Kindly instruct the Company to resolve the problem.

                                    I had raised the complaint EJ013595 about the Commode chock-up. And from your side engineer visited today to my place. Your engineer checked the problem and said that the commode pipe has something stuck inside it in the U pipe behind the commode. And he said to call a plumber and get it done by a plumber and said he has no support on this from his side. Our plumber checked the rest of the outlet pipes down the commode and the plumber says the pipeline is absolutely clear. Your engineer also agree that the stuck item is inside that U pipe attached to the commode however he was not ready to clean it and said he did not support that from a company. He says it's not his job.
                                    My concern is
                                    1) If I raised a complaint about the chock-up of the commode you should send a person who will resolve the problem and not a person who will only inspect.
                                    2) Your engineer had no proper types of equipment or required solutions to clear the chock-up. Also, it seems he has no proper knowledge.
                                    3) Engineer just inspected the product and denied resolving the problem and said to get it resolved by the plumber, whereas the plumber says it is not a pipeline problem of drainage. The problem is inside the commode.
                                    4) I purchased your product by spending so much amount because your videos showed that it can flush hard substances like rock also from a commode.
                                    5) I request to get immediate support on this product (like a sending plumber) or replace the product immediately. The commode is with a 10-year warranty of purchase. And our product is just brought less than 1 year.
                                    6) Now recently for 4th time I called the new plumber privately and got the commode checked and he said that there is air chock up and this commode is faulty itself.
                                    My request from consumer complaint is that I want my money refund for the faulty piece and compensation for bad service and wasting my time and efforts and money.

                                      I have bought an Hindware Alchemy Commode. But it has having some Manufactuing defect. The company issued replacement for the same. But i am facing many issues while replacement and till now i haven't got my replacement. It's been 3 months from the complaint date and 1.5 months from replacement issue date.

                                      I went to the shop from where i purchased. The shop owner are telling that they don't have the item in stock and they gave some other contact reference to talk to. And one person keeps giving other contact number and till today i didn't got my product.

                                      Requesting to take immediate action and please help me in getting my replacement or issue the refund amount.

                                        I had purchased a kitchen Chimney. Due to problem I lodged my complaint under complaint no KARCZJ06PB0009 on[protected] of custom care of hindware. According to the rules, the company has to send its mechanic within 48 hours to fix it. My item is under warranty. I have called the customer care about 10-12 times, but they are not listening.
                                        So my problem should be resolved by taking action in this regard and I should be given compensation after being heavily harassed by the company.
