I had visited Dr. Vishal Chopra as I had an appointment with him on 10th March 2021.This was my third visit to him and I am following his instruction regarding the follow up, but this time when I was charged Rs. 1000 as First Consultant where as this was a follow up visit. Please look in to the matter as I should have charged Rs. 700. I have also not received the films for the MRI and CT Scan which was done on 12th September'2020 when I was bought to Casualty directly from the rig as it was an emergency. As per the email address ([protected]@hiranandanihospital.org) given to me by the customer care executive regarding posting of complaint i had sent the mail thrice but the email bounced back all the times that is the reason I had to register a compliant with the consumer forum.
