Hiranandani Hospital — Delay in refund on security Deposit after treatment

My wife (MR[protected] had undergone treatment at Hiranandani Hospital Powai on 2nd Mar 2023 and got discharged on 5th Mar 2023. All expenses related to treatment were paid and processed by my Insurance company.

Hospital has still not processed the refund of security deposit Rs 10K inspite repeated reminders.
