Yes only when patient show there iit id card at the billing counter.

Thank you very much for the reply .. This is the first time i am taking treatment and i did not realize that i must show the card.. Nobody asked me in the counter also.Hence, I was charged the full amount. Iit administration is objecting to the payment. Can I get a refund or is there any solution to this mistake. Sugi sundarsingh.
