Patient visited Opd, suggested to be admitted to hospital, ended up 12 days in hospital, various test done and billed, every time payment made to them and requested for detail price list they handed detail bill and not original price list as they say it is not available. There is no transparency in pricing, and charges are way higher than even big and reputed Mumbai hospitals. On complaint they seem to provide detail billing rather than price list as that does not exist. Ended up paying almost 3 lacs for high fever with no resolution after 12 days in hospital. Very inefficient finance and billing staff and definitely case of cheating. I should say there nursing staff is excellent and big assets for this hospital, whereas there process and finance staff is ridiculous not even worth mentioning.
