Hiranandani Hospital — Psychologist, Mrs. Sunita Jain is irresponsible and commit on scheduled appointment

Hello Sir/Madam,

I want to raise a complaint against Mrs. Sunita Jain for her irresponsible behavior and non-professional attitude.

I had requested for an appointment with Psychologist Mrs. Sunita Jain for 25th July 2021 17:30 HRS Which was agreed by Mrs. Sunita Jain as well. Attached is the register confirmation in hospital. As per appointment time, I reached Hiranandani Hospital Thane at 17:30 HRS, I thought would be reaching Hospital but Mrs. Sunita Jain did not come. After half an hour I asked at reception about Mrs. Sunita Jain availability, the receptionist replied and said Mrs. Sunita Jain is not taking her calls. Receptionist tried reaching Mrs. Sunita Jain on WhatsApp then at 18:13 hours, Mrs. Sunita Jain replied that i am coming from Bombay and it will take half an hour more to reach Hiranandani Hospital Thane. So I waited for another half an hour but Mrs. Sunita Jain did not come to hospital. At 19:00 HRS I checked again with reception but Mrs. Sunita Jain did not responded on calls. Finally at 19:15 HRS I tried reaching Mrs. Sunita Jain and called her numerous times but Mrs. Sunita Jain did not had any courtesy to respond and say that I am not coming and postpone the appointment.

This show how negligence, non-professional, irresponsible is Mrs. Sunita Jain, She does not understand a person is waiting for her for close to 2 hours and as a patient he was seeking for her help.

People like Mrs. Sunita Jain should be punished or penalize for not performing their duties.
