i have one order from dtdc from Trissur, as per dtdc perumballoor and maradi have delivery, but delivery person refuse to deliver, they are telling to my parents to collect from office, if they are doing like that, what the use for courier service, better we can collect from seller, we paid 50 rupees as delivery charge, very bad service, please do the needful...

They didn't deliver my parcel and DTDC person opened my parcel and used the items. Created many tickets with Customer support but of no use.

How can they use Customer's parcel? How can someone forged my signature on receiver's acknowledgement?

I got payment of 7750 Rs instead of 7200 Rs. I got 550 Extra.
