Payment department / account department is accurate they send payment on same day of result but problem with work allocation team and qc department team.
They not working on Sunday. So they are not providing work and result of submitted work on Sunday.

Hi, I am Vivek Jain.
In every of payment they called me to verify my account details. I approve to send on same account. But my ATM card of ICICI got corrupted so i decided to give HDFC account but they not called me and sent payment to ICICI account. I am urgency of money and ICICI branch is far away from my home. Is there any option you take back payment from ICICI and pay to my HDFC account?

It's been more then 14 days, whenever I checked my application status it's shows under process other things my joining will be in next month 19 Jan 2023.
That's I want know how long I have to wait for my NEW CDC.

Yesterday I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and at time of check in we requested the receptionist to allow my 5th guest for 2 hours as his train was late and we asked him to the provide 2 hours he will not stay after 10PM so he simply denies, also told us to ask your guest to wait outside as they will not allow my guest to enter my room which I booked.

We also suggest him to add one person in app and modify our booking but he told me that you already paid the amount via online hence we can't do anything. Further after 30 mins of arguments, he told me to give 500 bucks to provide the entry of my guest in the room.

I want to know if I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately my guest told me that his train is late so i think nobody in India told their guest to do their own booking.

2nd complaint

At early in the morning 4.30 AM when I go to washroom so I can't find any soap in washroom and also there is no water in the tap so at that time i was searching for the water because without water I can't came outside the washroom. Then I found small amount of water there in a bucket and i used that water. Then at early in the morning without washing my hand I go to reception for the soap.

I paid 1900 bucks for this type of services???

This is horrible experience

Then at 9.30AM, hotel management knocked our rooms and ask for check out . I want to know I paid the amount till 11 AM then why the management disturb our sleep at 9.30AM.

I need a solution for this as for me this booking is totally worthless and waste of money, also the embarrassment which I faced in-front of my guests.

I have booked bus on redbus from Katra to Chandigarh for 04th December 2022 having ticket number TRCS5157950. My boarding time is 3 pm. I have received a call on 1:30 pm that due to some technical reason my bus will not come to Katra and they advised us to reached Jammu and get bus from there. Since I have no other option, I reached jammu. I am very surprised when I get to know that the bus which I have booked from Katra to Chandigarh (Vijay Tour & Travel) has no service from Katra to Chandigarh and there service starts from Jammu Only. If this is the situation why redbus display there service from Katra to Jammu on their website and misguide people. Kindly stop doing this to get profit.

My Swiggy account has been deactivated for no reason. I had been an active user and there were hardly any orders cancellations. Also I had a good amount of Swiggy money added to my account. I have called and mailed the Swiggy support only to hear from them that my account can’t be re-activated. I still have no clue as to why my account is deactivated and what is the issue in getting it activated again. I just want my swiggy money back.

It is Worst service provider in the travel industry of my life, highly unprofessional and incompatible. I've booked tickets from Mt Abu to Anand, but driver has not stopped the bus at Anaand and take us to next station at Baroda and dropped us at Baroda highway at night around 3.30 PM. Bus driver / Conductor does not know about the dropping points. Additionally, this bus has dropping point is at Express highway which are very risky. They has to change the dropping points. It is very inconvenience to come back from Baroda highway to back to Anand at night as no private vehicle available. we need to wait more than 3-4 hours in night to get vehicle in winter season.

They sent me wrong QC report, and they report was corrupted and when I checked using online portal the QC report was empty.

I have filled the complaint form but you are not even replying to me.
I will report it to cybercrime, NCH and file a FIR against you.

I have attached the proofs that shows QC report is wrong.
The QC report they sent is not opened by excel desktop app by microsoft office, so I used online portal then I got shocked the file was empty.
So, now I want my security deposit and 180rs/page. As you said in mail.
I will report it to cybercrime or else solve it as soon as possible.
I can wait for atleast 7 days, and I have filled the complain form from your website but no replies from you.
So its your last chance. Contact me in 7 days or I will file a case on you and do not forget you have provide me work for 11 months. I have seen the terms and conditions from your website.

As you can see in the screenshot they have clearly mentioned that they are talking about only one page for inaccuracy but they are doing it for whole 20 image, its not fair trade.
I want my money back as soon as possible.

I had registered for part time job from hire in global. I completed my work and my accuracy was below 80% in the first time. So I paid the registration fee again and I registered for the second time and I got my work. This time I was very careful while typing and I cross checked my work multiple times. When I got my results I was shocked to see that my accuracy was below 80% which is not possible. The accuracy report they provided was corrupted.

So I raised a complaint in the company website on Nov 18 as soon as I got my results but there was no response even after 10 days so I again raised a complaint on Nov 27 for which again I got no response.

result file is unable to open and how can my work be inaccurate, i have checked its each single line ..and then submitted there is something wrong, , , i ll file a big complaint against it ...this is very unfair

I worked for a task assigned to me (EW8J5040) and submitted in a few weeks. However, I got a response from the company that "Exact name of Images and Notepad files Should be matched with each other. (If Zip not done) Make a Zip file before submission."

The work I submitted is correct. The file names are also correct. However, the sequence is not arranged which is the issue of 'WinRAR'. The sequences are automatically shuffled.

I raised a compliant to their website but didn't get any response.

I request you to resolve my issue and give payment for my work. Because my work is accurate. If you want to check my work, I can share with you as well.

Now, I afraid their reviews on Google are fake. Because their responses are not as expected or they are not responding. We are working part-time to get some income and we trusted this company, we also paid ₹550 as registration but now I'm very disappointment on my decision.

I request you to look into this matter and resolve this issue.
