Concern - AC stopped working - No resolution - pathetic service even after multiple mails and follow ups
I purchased an AC on 18 Aug 21 via Tata Cliq and got it delivered and installed. Multiple calls and follow ups were taken for installation . Engineer who visited for installation had warned me mentioning that the product is worst and there are many complaints. However I ignored.
Only this year we have started using your AC but after few months an “error code 36 “ occurred and AC stopped working.
I lodged a complaint on 18th June 22 and after multiple reschedules finally an engineer visited on 20th June 22 and mentioned that PCB needs to be replaced.
But till date there is no update from customer care team at "海信印度公司/HisenseIndiaPvt.Ltd." [protected]@hisense.comand and service engineer too is not responding to call.
I feel like cheated. I don't trust this faulty AC anymore. There is no guarantee that even after replacing the PCB again by any means, AC will work properly.
