Hisense — No Technician Visit after multiple complaints

We have been following up for our 55U7H QLED TV display issue since 3rd of May 2023 and today is 22nd May 2023 and still no technician has visited yet. That unprofessional irresponsible technician of Bangalore area, Mr. Imran Pasha[protected] calls us and ask photo on WhatsApp and make his own judgement of the TV to the company. Very pathetic and poor customer service. Biggest mistake to trust this new brand. I am still paying the EMI of this TV.
