Hisense — Non installation of TV unit

I had ordered 65 inch variant and got delivered on 26 September 2022. Now more than 7 days has passed, no service engineer has been turn on for the installation. Was calling customer care daily, but no proper update on installation was given to me. So Yesterday I gave a final call and told them that I will be returning this product, then they gave me service center number and asked me to check with them for installation. I gave a call to service center and got commitment that engineer will visit today for installation. But till date no engineer have to my place for the installation.
