Hi Team, I need to give you a quick attention on incident happened with me by the name of Hitachi Automotive System(FRAUD). Company Name - Hitachi Automotive System from Japan(As mentioned on mail) Email ID - [protected]@hitachi-global.com On 16 Nov 2022, I got the fake job mail notification by the name - HITACHI COMPANY from JAPAN(Fraud Company). On 17 Nov 2022, they took my interview telephonic round in a Japanese accent and that too was fake. Then on 18 Nov, 2022 they mailed that I was shortlisted for the second round and asked me to share some documents(ex- Profile verification certificate) which I did not have. So I asked HR recruiter(Fraud Person - Pawan Rawat) on whats up about this certificate because I never heard about it, so they said will give you a contact number of agency(Fraud Person - Aayushman Singh from Hire Right ) they will provide you the profile verification certificate and for that you need to share them some of your documents and unfortunately I mailed them(Fraud Person - Aayushman Singh from Hire Right) my documents on mail like - Passport, Highest Qualification certificate, Passport size photo, Experience certificate of all the companies, last 3 month salary slip etc. All these below source of contacts are fraud (Company, Hire right Agency & Recruiter HR) 1) Full name : Aayushman Singh(Agency of Hire Rights Company to provide profile verification certificate and for that he was asking me Rs4263 amount)) Mobile Number : +91-[protected] Email ID - [protected]@hireright-service.com 2) Full name : Pawan Rawat(HR Recruiter) Mobile Number : +91-[protected] Email ID - [protected]@bipsindias.in 3) Company Name - Hitachi Automotive System from Japan(As mentioned on mail) Email ID - [protected]@hitachi-global.com Request you to please take immediate action prior at earliest please, as my all confidential data I have shared with them(Fraud Person - Aayushman Singh from Hire Right) later I realised it was a scam. I got a mail for job interview from "[protected]@lekconsultings.com", post first round got confirmation for second round from "hr.[protected]@teams-hitachi.com" could make out during the interview it wàs fake. Request you to take immediate action if this is not a valid Hitachi email id.

As per your Interview was conducted in Hitachi Ltd Industry for Dubai location, your first interview round has been qualified for the Positions SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER client's requirements, you have to send scan copies all of your documents and all of these documents are mandatory to send before the technical round. So arrange the documents as soon as possible.

1. Passport
2. Highest qualification certificate
3. Passport size photograph
4. Current company / Previous Company offer letter or salary slip or experience certificate
5. Background Verification Certificate (mandatory)

As per client requirement you will have to arrange Background verification certificate also...
Background verification certificate means they want your full profile verified. Means all of your certificates (Educational, experience All Profile certificate) should be verified by an reauthorized ISO certified agency. That agency will check all of your certificates and will verify everything. That agency will call in all the companies in which you have work experience and will check your experience certificates are original or not. After verification they will provide you a certificate with stamp. In which they will take all the responsibilities of originality of your documents. Means if there will be anything wrong in your certificates then you and that agency will be responsible for that. So you have to find an agency like this who are providing this kind of certificate.
Final Interview Date- 15/01/2024.(Skype or Telephonic)
