Dear sir
Recently on 20th dec 2018 i was travelling on orr from my residence from taramatipet to tukkuguda on my car ts11ec2880 where the distance is coming approx 30 kms but i got debited rs.130/- for one way through fast tag also the same has happened on 22nd dec in the same route from tukkuguda to taramatipet. This is totally not acceptable and there are no rate cards of fast tag is displayed on orr for the commuters. If i am asking the incharge of the toll gate, he was helpless and lack of any information on the subject. Kindly look into such instances where the excess amounts are charged unreasonably without the knowledge of the commuter.
Also the purpose of fast tag is to enable smooth flow of vehicles without any obstruction at the toll booths. Then in such a case please streamline the system and make the commuters aware of the charges instead of robbing like this under the disguise of law.
Please arrange the refund for the toll charged excess from my fast tag account.
