My application no. Hmdal069083. I had applied for lrs, i got the message that the lrs will be approved after payment. I had paid the lrs charges and the i got the receipt too. But, the status is showing as "approved and proceedings pending for digital signature" since[protected]. But till date i didn't get the digitally signed approved copy. Hmda is taking very long time to approve the things, which is leading to lot of stress for the applicants. So also is the case with my friend who had paid the lrs taking the loan, and till date he has no intimation from hmda

The road beside honda showroom in madhapur which leads to road beside westin hotel is completely blocked and people (Pedestrians) every day are facing tough times walking through all the waste drainage water and dirt around. People taking this route especially women feel extremely difficult to climb up and get down the walls to reach their destination/work location. If they take the other routes it would be too long, tiring and time taking for us to walk all the way around.

It would be better if there is a bit of clean space created for people to walk by every day up and down.

If things are delayed it might get worse due to frequent rains. When it rains the whole path gets filled with stagnated stinking water and extremely wet clay mud which is highly dangerous as there are more chances for people to slip and get injured.

I humbly request you to take the best and swift action asap (As soon as possible).

Regarding encroachment and illegal construction by the neighbor at quthbullapur,

We have given so many complaints to the ghmc quthbullapur office and after due investigation they have found that there is encroachment by the neighbor and sent a text message in march 2017 that action will be initiated. (Attached to this message).

But sai baba (Section officer) and srinivas yadav (Acp - ghmc) has *joined hands with encroachers* and delaying the demolition activity and started threatening and blaming us.

We have also raised a complaint in prajavani.

In all the neighboring owner documents there is 6 foot wide passage existence since olden days.

Pls do the needful.

Sir, i g srinivas hmdal 152507, bearing land in bodduppal area 220sqyards plot no 116, survey no 35, 36, 51 have been wrongly charged lrs amt with rs 54, 724 which comes under residential zone and not conservative land. Even neighbouring land owners with same area (220sqyrds) are charged with less than charged to me. Personly i hv submitted this request at hmda office tarnaka, hyd, (On 21/4/17)
Kindly reduce the lrs amt to correct charge as early as possible for the payment in due time frm my side.

Hi,
I paid the LRS amount through HMDA site, while doing the transaction at the end I faced a issue as NullPointerException, but the amount got debited from axis bank account. But in the HMDA site its showing the status as yet to pay.

How can I proceed on this, will the get reversed to my account or will it paid to HMDA. How long will it take to get it reversed or paid to concern party.

Please help me on this. Thanks for your help in advance.

CHAND AND ZAKIR MAESTRI IN P & T COLONY SUNCITY BANDLAGUDA are constructing houses with very cheap material.when we ask and try to complain about the material even local police is not helping.The local agents SHAMSHEER and CHAND are threatening people that they cannot do anything even if a complaint is made.

We lost thousands of rupees because of this cheap quality material constructions going on in the area of P & T colony,

Kindly look into the matter and help people .

I want to bring to you notice many of the saplings you have planted as part of haritha haram 2 are becoming dry and dead. more than half of the plants are dead because of lack of water or eaten away by animals. it involved lot of cost and manpower in planting plants. it would be of no use if you are not maintaining them properly. sir please water the plants regularly and keep fencing round the plants so that they are not eaten away by animals. (its my observation that on the road suchita to kompally more than half of the saplings are dead either because of lack of water or eaten away by animals). hope this problem would be addressed swiftly, thank you.

I bought a house in a gated community where they said it will be very strict and they won't allow any deviations or modifications to the approved plan. The interiors can be changed, but the elevations cannot be changed.

Once people started moving in, they started building in extra land and changes the elevations completely. They also added extra sqft to the house and the builder is a mute spectator.

I need justice in getting it right and demolish all the changes which are made to the villas and bungalows.

They are going against all the rules and regulations. Even after the head sent a letter that they will get demolished by hmda, they didn't care. They think that they can manage with hmda. If this is the way it works, why do we need any rules, just to break and bully people?

Please point me in the right direction and explain me how to approach this case.

I, Dr Praveen kumar samala, wish to state that i have purchased agricultural dry land measuring Ac.0-20Gts., at Pocharam Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, R.R.Dist on 01st july-1998 with land in Survey No 17 as the North Border. And i further wish to state that on sunday the 03rd july 2016, I found the builders of East Oak Apartments - building apartments on the land forming the north boundary to my land started work to construct a wall which is going to obstruct the one and only access to my land thereby leaving me no approach or access to my land and also to a few other adjacent pieces of land. I therefore request your good offices to look into the matter and see that an access be left for me to approach my land.

Please refer lrs application no. Lr. No.19678/lrs/plg/hmda/2008 of munganoor village under hayath nagar mandal. The lrs was applied in 2008 and the final payment was made in december 2010.Inspite of making more than 50 enquires at both hmda tarnaka and also at ghatkesar offices and giving 2 letters the issue of final proceedings still pending. I met 2 planning officers at ghatkesar but the proceedings are still pending. We have applied for 2 plots and the other plot application lr. No.19677/lrs/plg/hmda/2008 has been processed and final proceedings were given but for this application the case is still pending. One person called sanjay use to deal this and he may be the culprit in not clearing the application.

I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

Dear sir, My Name is B.Ravi Simha, We have Purchased 600 Sq.Yards in Survey No- 129 at Ghatkesar, Rangareddy district. in the year 1983, Through Railway society because it is railway society property, applied for land use from HUDA, they have given as residential use I have applied LRS My number is 4537 & 4538 of 2012 year, till now they are not cleared, saying that it comes under waterbody. If that sy no- 129 comes under water body, How HMDA approved the 200 villas for MODI builders, they have completed the villas and sold out also, even though still now I am not getting permission of :LRS/Bldg Permission. I have gone through the Survey Of India Map regarding the Issue, and taken to the HMDA ghatkesar, the concern officer saying that I dont know any thing about the issue, go to hell.
