HMDA — really sad hmda officials demolishing walls of a community after 4 years.

To all Nandan homes residents,
Your entry arch is infront of HMDA park. You encroached the HMDA park (more than 250 square yards) and laid entry road to your community. If you want to know the truth, you can check with your builder or you can contact any EC member of PPC. You can check with PPC approved HMDA layout plan as well whether nandan homes has entry or not.
If we complain to HMDA about this, you will loose your entry.
Siddhartha homes builder constructed 8 independent houses in 1569 square yards of HMDA park. Academic heights school is constructed on 169 sq yards of park place.
PPC wants to be friendly with every neighbor hence they didn’t complain about anyone.
All other communities are built after PPC. Newly developed communities are developed by some politicians are trying to demolish PPC compound walls because of their personal benefits and grudge. They are using people like you to throw stones at us.
If anyone has doubts about PPC authenticity, directly go and meet PPC EC and clear your doubts. Do not fall in politicians traps.

How did you construct boundary walls HMDA layout. Your layout is not gated community. The roads and parks are public purpose.

We've also observed that Praneeth Pranav County residents are not allowing rain water into their venture(which is been approved by HMDA, not gated community) from Nandan Homes Venture (which is been approved by Grama Panchayat). They have done illegal wall construction and objecting Nandan Homes People. Its really shame for PPC. Any one have right to stop raining water flow??

Dear HMDA officials - You are doing right action. Please do it and save society. All roads and parks are public according to HMDA.

We as a Nandanhomes family members around 100 families have been suffered for the past 2 years because o[censored]nauthorized compund wall. Now, HMDA people realized our concerns and are doing their job.

How PPC people are occupying public properties..like parks, roads..Etc

Currently, we are living in Surjana Laxmi Nagar and we are facing severe problem with roads. Ladies are not able to go to the main road because of not having good internal roads.

And Praneeth Pranav county has built a boundary wall around public roads and not able to allow us to use public roads and parks. Here we are around 700 families are facing problem.

It is a humble request from Srujana Laxmi Nagar to take appropriate actions and allow us to use public roads. Please find the attached complaint to the commissioner about the this issue.

PPC didn't encroach single square yard of land.
Compound wall construction is for our security. There is nala flowing beside PPC and who will give security to residents if something happens because snakes, robbers and theives like cheddi gangs.
All gated communities in hyderabad are having similar compound walls only.
You can check with any gated community in hyderabad.
Please verify facts before throwing stones. Do not go with bad mouths. They will blabber till you fall in their trap.

Baseless and False allegations on PPC driven by political motives and personal benefits.
PPC is not obstructing any way neither encroaching any public land.How come after 4 years everyone realising it? It's all politically driven.And societies/people who are accusing PPC, should do a fact check for PPC and their houses/ventures too.We PPCians want to leave peacefully.

We all put our hard earned money and want to settle for rest of life.Why these accusations to trouble others?

Dear Nandan and all other socities beside PPC

PPC has been trying maintain cordial relationship with all neighbuoring colonies as a big colony in Patelguda village. PPC Owners are the highest contributors for street lights in Praneeth approach road and highest contributor for repairing of Siddhartha approach road. We have been doing repair work roads in Praneeth colonies whenever they get damaged with our money. We are the people who fought for drainage line for Nandan and siddhartha homes. I can understand what kind of people you are ??you feel satisfied if the walls are damaged and kept 100 of children and old people of PPC under safety threat...
Please do not get influenced by politicians and destroy the peace and cordial relationship people in our colonies. Thanks

I am not from PPC. But, PPC is a very good place to live life . People in the neighborhood should understand the difference between planned community construction and panchayat and local mestri construction. I was staying beeramguda since long time and I see the difference. PPC life style is totally different from Nandan homes and other communities .
If I heard right .. Narendra and HMDA jointly did this on one purpose. Narendra bought a land behind PPC and he don't have a right way for that . He want to use this plot to initiate roads to his new venture.
Do you people think hmda will come and demolish immediately after you complain them .

FALSE ALLEGATIONS on Praneeth Pranav County, roads and common area are part of our common area and no one else has right on that. Also mention roads are built by our layout developer and not government. THEY ARE NOT PUBLIC PROPERTY. PPC was one of the first community in this area and we developed all these parks, roads and maintaining it with all our hard earned money. We are paying electricity bills for common area street lights, cleaning our internal roads, they are not maintained by any Govt body/Panchayati.

All they new communities surrounding PPC are recently constructed and they dont have any HMDA approvals, all illegal constructions, now they are complaining about PPC to get personal benefits. All the bores surrounding communities dont have any permissions. First all these illegal constructions/bores need to be removed. My request o HMDA people is to concentrate and take a strong action on all these illegal communities beside PPC.

We PPCians bought houses with hard earned money. Why our roads and parks will be public. Any sense? If someone says your land/house is public, will you agree. Don't expect the things that are not yours.

If it is illegal, then HMDA would have to demolish it when builder had started the construction. Now it's been 4+ years and 400+ families living there by purchasing homes by hard earned money. For us, home is once and for all. Please protect us from foolish people which are creating trouble for all. They are not capable to see how we are managing things nicely. HMDA should help us as we are genuine.

PRANEETH PRANAV COUNTY is one of the first few communities in that area. All the Roads and Parks are part of our common area and no one else has right on that. I really don't understand how could someone in this thread is calling them as public roads/parks, where they were actually developed by our layout developer. It's very unfortunate to see some of the educated people throwing such FALSE ALLEGATIONS on our community... just to enjoy someone else's hard earned money?? Immoral!!

We PPC’ians are the only guyz who are respecting the suggestions provided by Govt and implementing. Ex. Cc cameras was suggested by the Police Dept.. We never went against any colony people.. We always prefer to maintain Good bonding with our neighbours.. Nandan has to listen to our version of statements as well right, cannot come with rods directly to break the walls.. We hated that activity.. Coming to roads of PPC.. this is completely ours, keeping safety in mind, my builder has designed it in such a way.. We never occupied Govt area as occupied by other colony guyz.. We never throwed stones on other colonies or disturbed them.. Finally.. INDIA never tried to conquer/disturb any country in this World.. Other countries always tried to conquer/disturb/loot INDIA.. but now all those countries are depending on my Mother INDIA 🇮🇳.. The samething will happen here as well for sure!! Thank you Friends.

Roads and Parks in PPC are constructed by PPC layout builder.
We owners of PPC have paid extra amount in lakhs for these amenities to builder and also paying lakhs of money from past 4 years to maintain these roads and parks.

@Other communities around PPC, Please think before reacting hastily.

PPC is a HMDA approved layout and all the amenities like parks, roads, lights, pool & clubhouse are part of layout and developed by our builder.
Please check your own venture permission before you talk about PPC approvals.
