Its all FALSE ALLEGATIONS on Praneeth Pranav County. Roads and common area are part of common area with in PPC developed by the builder by collecting extra amount from owners. No individual outside PPC has right on that as THEY ARE NOT PUBLIC PROPERTY.

Praneeth Pranav County roads, club house and parks are part of PPC common area, which are built and managed by our own money. Neither HMDA nor panchayati giving for it. no other communities have right on that and Also mention roads are built by our layout developer and not by government or HMDA. THEY ARE NOT PUBLIC PROPERTIES..
Did they mentioned any board over parks like these are for public or PPC builder has enough land/money to give freely(pukad ki) to other communities. We paid the money as a amenities to builder including empty land(parks), clubhouse and soon.. You people should have shame to use other properties...
Finally we developed all these parks, roads and maintaining it with all our hard earned money, if you have capable to build a wall, construct your roads, club house and manage it.. Please do so... Then you all know the pain...

The so called colonies around PPC are developed because of PPC. PPC is at a corner inside covered by road, second side by nala, 3 rd side by new venture who are not interested in access from PPC as they are well connected with road to Kistareddypet main road. We can prove that.
Nandan owner who is very vocal on this issue, I want to ask you basic question. When you bought house in Nandan did you check basic amenities like drainage are there are not. Did you check if your bores are dug with permissions. Even your house construction permissions are flawed. As per law we cannot have bore with in 500 meters. Your colony has bores are less than 100 meters. Can you imagine how much damage it causes if we complain on this serious violation. Also your entrance is gifted by PPC builder. PPCians have given you way when the road was flooded during rains. You are scratching on the wrong side. PPC owners stood with you for your drainage construction, influenced sarpanch and even paid for it. As some one said above we PPCians are the maximum contributors for street lights. We have provided stone and materials for road.
We are neighbouring colonies and need to live in harmony. You have a problem and you think we can help in solving it, then let's discuss.
Please remember law of gravity, anything thrown in air will fall back. You are trying to spit on clouds, remember it falls back on you. We both communities can work together for better future or we PPCians are capable to handle our issues and also know how to protect ourselves.

Seems there are lot of violation in Nandan homes itself, as there is no proper space in construction of houses and even the bore Wells are constructed without HMDA permissions, also huge issue with internal infrastructure. This society needs to regularise themselves on so many issues.

Even Laxmi nagar residents don't seem to have HMDA approval, please investigate.

PPC having ethics to preserve water to have two or three borewells to manage entire 400+ families.. As advised by Police, we installed CC cameras. Why can't Nandan follows?As educated persons residing in the Nandan colony, 100+borewells digged. Is this way to preserve precious ground water and why cant be followed as Common Arch built by Nandan. Don't feel jealous by seeing PPC managed.

Every inch in ppc is as per approval. All houses in ppc and pph are as per approved plan without any deviation. We also know where other Colony people deviated the norms. We also can complain. But, ppc people are not such people to complain others. Still, if you provoke we will be forced to take out the list and complain on neighboring colonies where people deviated the govt.norms. Hope you will not invite such situation.

After builder left over, we formed our own association and maintaining all facilities by paying monthly maintenance charges. This compound wall is built many years ahead of your colony developed the layout. After 4 years, influenced by the politicians, and not taking any constructive approach to resolve your internal colony problems, throwing allegations on PPC is not the right action.

Surjana Laxmi Nagar has different approach road which is connected to Krishna ready pet road and can be easily found in google map.
Nandan county has been constructed without following basic norms of building house like having a proper drainage system and other things like open space etc.
PPC has been constructed as HMDA approved layout by following all rules and we have maintained our drainage system, CC TV Camera, park, Club house open space development for recreational activities with our own hard earned money now these people from above mentioned colonies simply want to use our resources without investing and constructing by their own. hence they are putting all false allegations.
Basic question to all - Since PPC was build way before these colonies if these were the issue like no Roads/Drainage system and all why these owners bought house in those colonies.
