[Resolved]  HMSI — regarding poor service

I've purchased my new cb shine on 20th of November 2013, and submitted it for first servicing on 11th December 2013 after riding just about 228 kms only... they've not cleaned the bike properly but damaged the pain of disc brake fluid box and also damaged the sticker... after complaining the said the paint gone by luck and sir apply some glue and place the sticker back. Is it my duty to repair the damage whatever done by them? Today I've placed a complain in hmsi complain box..
