[Resolved]  HMWSSB — Category & lock Staus

To The Managing Director, HMWS & SB, Kharitabad, Hyderabad-04 Sub: Locked Status of Meter & Category: Reg. Respected Sir, I am resident of H. No 7-82, Santoshnagar, Champapet, CAN no.[protected], I have lodge complain regarding the lock status of my Meter number of times through your website( www.hyderabadwater.gov.in) but there was no action was taken. My complain is that bill is coming without taking reading of meter and it is shown in every bill locked status. Without taking reading Rs[protected] added in every month to the bill. Secondly, since 12-15 Years we are staying in the house, we are using water for domestic purpose and for years category of meter was domestic suddenly it has change to commercial from few months. So I request to kindly advise to concern to change the category from commercial to domestic and locked status of meter to normal. You action in this regard is appreciated.
