I am really under tremendous surprise that a Brand like Home Centre is behaving so unprofessional. If broken products are delivered and we have shared pictures and order details and had multiple calls and also more than 3 emails with same issue. Asking for pictures again and again will not change anything. If they can’t or don’t want to replace or refund I have already told keep it as a gift. God bless the customers
