Home Centre — cancellation of online order

I ordered a sofa through app and my order no is [protected] i have been trying to cancel this order since i ordered the same sofa from the showroom due to availability of colour. I paid for both sofa in full through credit card and i owe the card now. I called customer care for cancellation and they are asking me to refuse the product at the time of delivery and mentions it is their standard practice or process. This sounds ridiculous. No where we see a customer is instructed to wait till delivery to cancel the order. If i make the payment to my credit card i will be out of pocket as i have paid twice the same amount. Also once the cancellation amount reverses i will be paid only to the card and not as a cheque or to a different account.
