I placed an order with Home Center (Order No. [protected]) on 1st Dec 2022. They delivered a broken marble top on 10th Dec, which was replaced with a damaged marble top that has cracks and dents on 27th Dec. For this issue I have raised 3 complaints - 106973, 107319, 110612. But everytime their team closes the complaint without informing me or providing a resolution. This is endless. Request them to send an undamaged piece on priority or pick this product back and refund my money.
Last call I received from their customer care team on 19th Jan 2023 and they had promised me that they are dispatching a replacement. But today when I called the customer care team they simply said that the complaint has been closed and there is nothing they can do about it. Was this information helpful? |
