Ordered bed, dining table and chest online on 22-nov. Bed was delivered in a broken state. A complaint was logged by homecentre carpenter on that day with pics.

They have been asking for 48hrs every single day and never come back with a response. If i call the service center/ call center, they ask for another 48hrs each time. Now on the latest call, they said it will take another 10-15days for the new bed to come and they cant cancel my order and refund the money.
I want to cancel my complete order and get a refund. I cant be without a bed for another 15days. Was this information helpful? |
