Home Centre — home centre pls respond

I bought a sofa on 22nd november 2018 which was not what i ordered so you changed it and sent a new piece after more than a month. Now today i called customer care to complain as the 3 seater sofa, one side of it totally went down. It got pressed.
Customer care is not even listening me they are only saying warranty over. I bought and paid emi s also for a month for your fault because you sent a faulty piece l, still i was ok with it. Now when again is faulty your customer care is not listening for a few hours delay as per old invoice not from the date i received the correct sofa piece. Warranty over with the first piece that too yesterday night 12 am. I called today morning. Anyways i'm talking about the second piece that i got after a month. That still has warranty.
Could some one do some thing on this urgently. The response from customer care is horrible.
