I had bought a wardrobe costing 8700 rupees at a homecentre store in visakhapatnam. It was told to me that the product would be delivered in 7 working days. However it had taken 3 weeks for delivery of the product and then after delivery they realised that it is broken. So the the product was kept at my home for a period of 3 more weeks saying that it would be taken back and a new piece would be delivered in a span of 10 days. Unless and until i approached customer care of homecentre everyday, they hadn't realised that the product was still at my home. After calling them and informing i was fed up with the service as the replacement with new product was also forgotten.
Calling them again and again with false delivery periods is a shame on such a big company with so many stores through out india. Finally after i cancelled for delivery for a product i could have gotten anywhere in a week and asked for a refund. I thought this atleast would happen in time. But still calling your customer care and they are not even aware about the product delivery back to storehouse and no clue about the refund status.
Now my real issue is the service being so so so poor and my money an amount of rs 8700/- being in homecentre's account for a period of more than two months. Whereas i could have gained a lot from that money instead of getting false hopes from a franchise called lifestlye homecentre.
I am still not getting any mails or messages from homecentre regarding my refund status or anything that would put an end to this case.
Since there is minimum support from the company i would like to now file a consumer complaint against homecentre (For info). Please try improving your service atleast after 100s of my calls.
