The issue that I have experienced was: We had ordered a sofa set and dining set on 2nd oct and then next day we cancelled dining set even before the order was delivered to home which was scheduled to be delivered on 7th oct
Home centre guys cancelled it and shared a link for bank details to refund amount.
After that its been months together we have not received any amount yet after literally following up with their customer care spending 1-2 hours every day on IVR customer care. Was this information helpful? |
