This store is non responsive to customer calls. The Store Manager is not bothered. The committed delivery was 27 May 2026. Then it was postponed to "max 3 June 2026" as confirmed on a call by the female sales person who had secured the order at the store.

What should a customer do in such a case when there is absolute careless attitude by Home Centre Staff as well as Store Manager ?
