Defective product delivered and not picking up the defective product before 14th March.
Help centre not replying to emails and customer care not giving satisfactory reply.
Why Pick up slot is 20 days after the complaint is raised.
I have a toddler at home and they have placed the defective product cartoons in the living room.
Also I got a mail and message that it will be picked up in 3-4 days which have already passed. This is very unprofessional attitude with customers. My money is stuck and defective product lying in middle of living room.
Daily following up multiple times but getting no replies.
