This is regarding the order id : [protected].

We had received the petals coffee table and end table on 21st august. Assembling of these products were done on 22nd evening.

Coffee table :- the top wooden piece of the table has cracks (Joints opened) which we noticed on the next day post assembling. I have immediately registered a complaint to [protected]@homecentre.in on 23rd of august. I got a response confirming that my complaint is registered (That mail did not have the complaint number mentioned in it) i have been trying to reach customer care since then and have sent follow-up mails to which i've still not received any update.

Updated by vivian.vaz It is near to impossible to reach their service team. It is extremely distressing to be recipient of such despicable service from such a brand.
