What happened:
I had ordered a sofa from home centre and booked it with a downpaymet. But after a week the sales executive calls me and says the sofa is not available Anymore and asked me choose some other product. I wasn’t interested and asked for a refund. They said okay but initiated for a store credit without my approval. And now, they are not refunding my amount.
