I have cancelled my order immediately next day as my dining space is not enough for the dining set which i ordered, i have requested for refund and the mail team has accepted for the same, they said will send the mail with the link to update the bank details but no mail from them. called customer service multiple times and sent couple of mails for the same. once i got reply saying to check in spam mails, checked the same but no mail from homecentre .could you please help in refunding the amount as its huge amount for me.i have all the mail proofs and the conversation. invoice where i brought the product.its mental torture everytime calling customer care and sending mail to help center.if i call customer care center they tell us to mail to mail id.so its repeating the process but not resolving the issue.please help in this regard.
