I have purchased a dining table from home centre, gurugram since then i am facing various problem with this product. Around 2 month back i made a complaint on their given phone number, but they have not responded within the stipulated time period and when their engineer visited he had taken the photograph of the damaged chair and assured me that the same will be replaced as the product is in warranty period. The engineer told me that you will receive the update from the company itself within 48 hours. I made around 20-25 calls at their call centre every time i receive the response that the update will be given in 24 hours but of no use. I would like to mention here that quality of their product is very cheap and after sale service is very pathetic. Today i. E. On 23rd june, 2019 again i made a call at their call centre and got the response that they will not repair / replace the chair and the reason they have mentioned is reproduced below "further to your telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that we will not be able to assist you further on the recent complaint as the complaint is not of any manufacturing defect and issue is caused due to improper/ inadequate maintenance of the product." i don't understand since the last two months i am routinely contacting them and after that i receive the above status now you can think how irresponsible they are and how poorly they are maintaining their business and selling the cheap product to the customer and when the same get damaged they will give the above reply and that two after 2-3 months of complaint.
