Long story short: I bought a wardrobe at Homecentre. Initially they didn’t assemble the product properly. Later a technician fixed few things, but not fully. Now the product is not working as expected. Please refer to the pictures in the email below.
I raised two complaints. Both were not treated properly. Two technicians visited my home in two different days. First technician was not very ethical & bad behaviour, when he came. The second technician who came later, told me that, it is manufacturing defect due to improper assembly which done at the initial stage.
Could you please inform your team to resolve this properly.
