[Resolved]  Home Credit — charged me thrice,fraud by home credit india

Hi, I have very bad experince with home credit...they couldn't even speak hindi properly, english toh bohot door ki baar hai, took a tv loan from home credit india and my EMI is 10th of every month, last month i.e in january, i advised the agent of home credit that due to some financial issue i was unable to pay, however i will pay you in cash in a week or i will pay with my next EMI and i hv agreed to pay the late payment fee but one of the agent BHUSAN told me that if i will pay in cash the late payment fee will be waived off, however from 10jan till today i m getting calls, i made a payment on 22nd jan, 2015, after then i keep getting calls for the late payment fee, i told them that one of your manager told me that it will be waived off.then agent told that ok, dont worry i will update it, again next day the same thing, even i update my ECS detail but I am paying they regularly thru my bank even though i have already made the payment on 22nd jan but HOME CREDIT charged me again, my balance deducted from my account.i want my money back otherwise i will not pay a single penny to HOME CREDIT INDIA they rubbish guy calling me regularly and distrbing me. My EMI due date is 10th of next month and they called at 6th day and requesting to pay before due date ..as the system take 3 days to update. Why I pay before my due date...Its not my fault that your system take 3 days.
